Baycorp is partnered with the Parramatta Mission, one of the largest providers of support to the homeless and those facing crisis in Sydney's West and Hills District.
The Parramatta Mission has been supporting those in need in the community for over 40 years and provides several valuable programs. Meals Plus is part of Parramatta Mission’s homeless person services. Meals Plus operates 5 days per week providing breakfast and lunch. 55,000 meals will be served from Meals Plus during the next 12 months.

Workplace Giving
Workplace giving is a simple and effective way for our employees to regularly donate to charitable organisations who are entitled to receive tax deductible donations. A workplace giving program (under a pre-tax system) results in an automatic tax deduction for our employees.
Christmas Hampers
Baycorp supports the Christmas Hamper drive. By running a competition for teams to see how many hampers can be organised during the month of December
Lifeline telephone counselling
Baycorp employees have the opportunity to volunteer at Lifeline, a telephone counselling service, and complete a 6 month self-funded training course
