The first step will be to complete an online questionnaire if you are applying for a collections role.
 
For collection roles if you are successful, you will be invited to complete an online assessment, which will measure competencies needed for the job – things like numeric skills, customer focus and revenue recovery.
 
If you are successful in the on-line assessment, you will be contacted for a phone interview by our Human Resources Team and from there can progress to a face to face interview and/or assessment centre. 
 
A final part of the process is your reference checks, on receipt of satisfactory reference checks successful candidates are then contacted with a job offer.
