We collect information about you when we perform debt collection services for our clients. We will not collect personal information unless it is necessary for one or more of our functions or activities. We do not charge you a fee for requesting access to your personal information, however a reasonable charge is applicable in relation to our time spent locating and collating your information. Upon receiving your request, we calculate costs associated with providing you with your personal information and shall notify you of these costs prior to issuing you with any information (which will be provided after we receive payment).
In certain circumstances, we are permitted by the Act to deny requests for access, or limit the access we provide. If we refuse or limit your access to your personal information, we will provide you with an explanation.
